Once we had arrived a had my first experience with an automatic toilet, them walking escalator things and a double decker train :).
Amazing things :D
When we got to Katy's she showed me around her house and then let me get settled in my room. We then went on a bike ride to Leiden, the local town, we had lunch and shopped, it was ever so pretty! In the afternoon/night time we sunbathed on the garden, played Guitar Hero and then her Dad came home and made us breaded chicken for dinner which was scrumptious. He also told me a very Jeremy Kyle story about their family which was very entertaining.
Windmill in Leiden :)
Don't be fooled she is the cat of two sides but I love her ♥.
On day 2 we went to the beach, I can't remember the name of it but it took about an hour to get there. The weather was glorious so we decided to have lunch and then go onto the beach. Once we had finished we went into the restaurants toilets and got changed into our swimwear, I had a black onestrap/strapless costume and Katy had a black bikini. We got outside again and from nowhere the clouds had come but it was still mega hot. We found a spot on the beach got comfy and then these guys set up in front of us and one of them decided to watch us as we put sun cream on. It obviously looked a lesbianish as we had to do each others backs but there was no need to stare. We relaxed and then I made Katy go in the sea which she hated me for because it was absolutely freezing but we did it nonetheless and it was quite relaxing. Before we left we had a sex on the beach cocktail and some mini pancakes, nomnomnom :).
Later that night Katy's mum came home from being away and we had pasta :).
Day 3 we went to the zoo and it was magnificent. We saw all kinds of animals, including a polar bear and porcupine that I had never seen before. The zoo had all your usual animals plus a butterfly/bird house, reptile and amphibian house and an aquarium center. We were there for 5/6 hours and for some we had to rush through it was that big. We bought some goodies and I bought Katy an early birthday present, a ring tailed lemur teddy which she loved :). At the end we also went on a massive playground that was for all ages but I must admit it did make me feel a bit old as the spaces were a bit small and because the kids saw you as 'adults' they were no longer thinking that you would play on the playground as well but it was fun :D. That night we had stir fry and booked tickets for the next day.

Reliving old memories :D.
I'm too sexy for my clothes....
I'm a baby!
Entering the zoo.
Day 4 we went to Amsterdam, we had some lunch as usual and then headed for the Heineken Experience. It was amazing, we were beer bottles and took a 4d journey along the process, saw the old factory and all the history behind the company, family and beer, got quizzed and given free beer (Y). There was also some interactive areas to pull your own pint, take a photo, make a video or t-shirt. Once we got to the shop, the hottest dutch guy ever served us and didn't get the principal of pretty please so took the micheal, but I didn't mind it was funny. I ended up buying my dad a beer glass with Dad's Beer :) engraved on it!
Me and Katy with FREE beer :)
We then toddled off to Maddam Tussauds, which I had never been to before and was quite intrigued and turned out to be quite good. We got loads of photos both good and stupid ones and we got in for cheaper due to us entering after 3pm, bonus!
Me and Bob Marley :)
Save Katy Spiderman!!!
That night the Roscoe's took me out to a very fancy restaurant as it was my last night there. The meal and the restaurant was beautiful and it was lovely having them as company. We had complimentary champagne milkshake which was very weird so Katy ended up with 3, the alchi lol.
Katy and the moo cow outside the restaurant.
On the final day, I packed and tidied the room I had been staying in. I also bought some flowers and a card for the Roscoe's aka the Dumplings to say thank you for letting me stay and feeding me. They seemed very grateful. We then headed off to the Haag, which I think is a place. Again we had lunch and shopped/explored the area. It was beautiful just like everywhere else in Holland and there was some weird and wonderful art in the center.

Big Head!
This one has a willy and no balls......weird.
Once we had finished in Haag it was time to take me to the airport, Katy and her mum helped me check in my luggage and showed me where to go after we had one last drink together. It was weird having to do it all by myself, I felt very grown up. But I went through security and passport and got on the plane home. At the airport in Leeds, Mum and Dad were there to pick me up, Danny was going to come but they came in the little picanto so he met me at home instead. For a while I missed Holland with all the bikes, how flat it was, the sun and the company. Sometimes I still do, it was the first and best holiday abroad by myself (+ Katy) I have had :D.
